The hotel has some great aspects like a fantastic beach and a wonderfully engaging animation team, but it does suffer from some significant downsides, including poorly maintained rooms and limited Wi-Fi. Overall, while the beach experience was enjoyable, aspects such as room quality and additional service charges detracted from my stay.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The beach area was fantastic and provided a great spot for swimming and snorkeling. However, my stay was marred by issues in the room, including a serious bedbug problem that affected my comfort considerably. The food was disappointing, lacking in taste and variety. Overall, while the beach was a highlight, the room conditions and dining left much to be desired.
The resort has its ups and downs. While the animation team is absolutely fantastic, especially with kids, the food can be quite bland and the reception staff were not welcoming at all. The location near the beach is lovely, but the overall quality of service needs serious improvement. If you're looking for entertainment for children, Gafy might be worth considering, but don't expect too much from the dining experience.
